If there is a problem with your order

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page. Including your order number and, where helpful, clear photographs of the item and packaging will help us resolve things quickly.

Depending on the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, repair, collection or refund as appropriate.

Change-of-mind returns

For eligible online purchases, UK customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us within this period so we can provide the correct return instructions.

After notifying us, the item should normally be returned within a further 14 days. For non-faulty returns, the direct cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Return condition

Returned items should be in a resalable condition and, where possible, include their original packaging and accessories. We may make a reasonable deduction from a refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.

Refunds

Once a return has been received, or acceptable evidence of return has been provided where applicable, we will process any refund due in accordance with UK consumer law. Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Where required by law, any original delivery charge will be refunded up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery service we offered when the order was placed.
